At P&I we are truly committed to further exploring the potential of collective intelligence, so we have decided to create regular coaching circles to experience with others how we can do that.
These circles are carefully designed and safe spaces to share challenges related to our work and organisations and jointly co-sense what they mean to us, and how we can co-create new approaches to deal with them. Examples of what we envisage to discuss are: How can we create meaningful partnerships and enhance distributed collaboration to co-create initiatives? Can we better engage our team within this stressful and demanding COVID environment? How do I lead within uncertainty when I am being asked to provide security and direction?
These are just some examples: the issues will vary according to what the participants detect and reveal as relevant and needed. We will also practice a set of different participatory methods and approaches that generate meaningful conversations and tap into collective intelligence to co-create new ideas. Hopefully, you will leave the space wanting to explore and try out some of them (e.g.: Liberating structures, Theory U, Art of Hosting, Circling, etc.).
